The RU anchor is ideal for applications on hollow materials of all kinds as well as on compact materials; in fact, should the materials be solid, the expansion occurs by compression of the same in the hole; in case of hollow materials or interspaces, the screw draws the plug which  bends over itself hitting against the the cavity into which it is inserted, ensuring a strong hold.
The edge (collar) on the body of the anchor prevents it to enter inside the hole causing an incorrect expansion and avoids as well any tension on the coating materials.
The fins on the anchor inhibit its rotation inside the hole.

How to calculate the length of the screw:
  • Lv = Lt + S
  • Lt = Length of the anchor
  • S = Thickness of the object to be fixed
